The section of the Lothrop Street western sidewalk between the UPMC Presbyterian garage “C” entrance and Terrace Street will be closed daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Monday, May 26 and continuing through Monday, July 28.
Outside of working hours, pedestrians will be able to pass underneath the covered scaffolding. During active hours, pedestrians should utilize the nearest crosswalk before the closure to continue along the unimpacted eastern sidewalk next to Alan Magee Scaife Hall. The pedestrian bridge between Alan Magee Scaife Hall and Biomedical Science Tower West will also remain open.
